Athletica’s Self-Defence Program, in Town of Mont-Royal, helps teens and adults build real-world confidence through a complete training system that develops the body, the mind, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
 

Our approach combines three essential elements:

TECHNICAL
 

Simple, practical self-defense tools including awareness, boundaries, positioning, striking fundamentals, escapes, and protective movement.

PHYSICAL
 

Strength, conditioning, mobility, coordination, and athletic movement to help participants feel stronger and more capable in their body.

MENTAL
 

Breath control, emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and pressure training to help participants manage stress and respond with clarity.

SELF-DEFENCE WORKSHOP

Women's Self-Defence Workshop
June 27th - 1PM-3PM

Join us on June 27th for our second 2-hour introductory self-defence workshop designed to help participants feel stronger, more confident, and better prepared to stay calm, focused, and capable under pressure.

​

This workshop is ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Cost: $60 per person | $100 for two people

Coach: Patrick Sebastien

Patrick is a performance specialist with a background in Muay Thai, MMA, meditation, and the science of peak performance.

 

He has worked with professional fighters, elite athletes, entrepreneurs, students, and teams, helping people build confidence, focus, emotional control, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Apprentice Coach: Kamélya Davila

Kamélya brings energy, relatability, and a powerful example of confidence, strength, and leadership for the next generation.

 

As a young coach and role model, she helps bridge the gap between generations and makes the program feel approachable, inspiring, and empowering for teens and young adults.

Apprentice Coach: Luna Davila

​

Luna brings calm, determination, and quiet strength to the program. With experience in boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she embodies effort, respect, and self-confidence.
 

As a young coach and positive role model, she helps make the program accessible, motivating, and empowering for teenagers and young adults.

For friend groups, families, teams, schools, and organizations.

Private group sessions are a powerful way to build confidence, connection, and practical self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment.

These sessions are ideal for small friend groups, parents and teens, sports teams, student groups, corporate teams, or organizations looking for a meaningful team-building experience.
